Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fresh with a great selection. There was hot items such as eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes and oatmeal. Cold cereal, yogurt, pastries, bagels, juices and hot beverages provided as well. We will definitely stay here again.

From checking in to check out, everything went smoothly. The man who did the check-in is very professional and competent while also being laid-back and amiable. Gives the feeling of everything being in order and under control Every staff person had a friendly greeting, and a smile As an older person, I really liked the different age groups of the staff. The young people give off that young-people and perkiness. My grandchildren really related to that.

Everything was excellent. As I was checking in, something went wrong. On their computer, it was saying that payment was not received. There were 3 ladies at the desk. I don't know there names. They went into warp speed to find the problem. They solved the problem in under 5 minutes. I usually get a room on the same floor as the check-in desk. These ladies were so kind, that they gave me a room on the 5th floor at no extra charge and no incidental charge. Thank you for a great room. This hotel is highly recommended for everyone.
