This is a great hotel in a great location..handy for the centre, the Concert Hall, Sauchiehall Street & Buchanan Galleries and is an easy 10 minute walk from Buchanan Bus Station. The staff were lovely, our room was nice and the included breakfast was great with plenty choice.

Clean but mould in the shower, and old carpet now, also the shower covered in lime-scale and terrible. My door also tripped out everyday, so Everytime I left the room, I had to get the key recut..... Checked in good, dropped bags and went to the theatre. On our return the musty smell in the room was intolerable. Staff were good offering a reduction, however we declined as it was very unpleasant and clearly had a problem. New room was allocated which was pleasant we were disappointed that a quick stop over with a trusted brand was not what we expected.
