With 2 weeks to stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the ocean view from my balcony. The location was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the soups likes “ Pho, Bún bò, Bún riêu, Bún chả etc.. which had a great variety. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nha Trang Việt Nam

Very nice room with ocean view. Hotel room is above Nha Trang Center shopping mall and many restaurants. Only negatives are the elevators were small and slooow; and all soap/shampo dispensers did not work. Hotel should replace fancy dispensers with simple plastic dispensers that can be used easily.

This hotel is not a 5 star. It maybe a 3 star at best. The 2 elevators that were working did not work together, so you stopped at every floor going up and going down. Took 5 to 10 minutes to get up to your floor or down to the ground level. Rooms are old and carpets were very dirty. Views were beautiful and easy to walk everywhere.

The property on itself was pretty good. Customer service with present and staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was with the workout facilities. They were not very friendly on the fourth floor. They were not very helpful and seems like they were put out by people from the hotel using their facilities. First, I booked the Elite Suite that can sleep 4 and my family of 5 so I only pay 1 addition. When I checked in, they said this room can only accommodate for 2 and I have to pay 3 additional. This is the first red flag. They need to correct their information from their website. Secondly, there was no towel at the pool until 10-11am. The good thing was the room had an excellent view of the ocean and street. The staffs were great.

This hotel is located in a small mall with lots of shops and restaurants around. The beach is right across the street and beach lounger are provided. The hotel staff can be dismissive at times and as a female I was not given the same level of respect as my husband by the front desk staff. The pools looks nothing like the pictures. The pools are cold and dirty. A couple of hard chairs to sit on but not impressed at all. There were local kids throwing rocks and dirt into the pools, adults eating and belching by the pool, again not impressed. The breakfast buffet is good and the young man in charge of the eggs is very kind and hard working.

Great location, right across busy road from beach. Many cafes, eateries & markets nearby. I would have given it 5 stars, but there are a couple of issues hotel needs to address. These are- no pool/beach towels available for 3 days we were there, we had to use our white room towels. Also, guests need to be advised clearly on arrival that there is very limited number of beach lounges with umbrellas for guests' use. There were men on beach taking away umbrellas & lounges as these were for customers who had booked them (we discovered later). Very confusing as umbrellas & lounges all look the same. Maybe Diamond Bay hotel could display their name on theirs? Many angry people there not knowing what was going on at 10am. But, all in all, it was a lovely time there. Staff were wonderful & assisted us transfer from a room they had 'upgraded' us to, down to a room with a balcony, which is what I had booked originally & much preferred.
