Clean room, comfortable bed, courteous and friendly staff and great location. We were in Los Angeles for medical tests and had to bring our dogs with us. This hotel was the best option and they were very accommodating, even granting our request for an early check in.We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the Pasadena area.

We have stayed at this hotel previously on a number of occasions. In the last 6 months it seems that the furnishings and the interior is not as well maintained. The people there are friendly and the breakfast is fair. Honestly their current policy of cleaning room after 4 days of stay is not adequate.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was excellent role is clean. Everyone was polite nice food was excellent for breakfast. But this time for my stay, I entered the room. It wasn’t that clean. The bathroom sink was stopped up. The kitchen sink has stopped up.
