Amazing place to stay near Fuji! We definitely will be back the next time we travel in Japan! Beautiful grounds on the property, amazing onsen (both on the roof and on the ground floor), incredible staff, can't say enough thank you to all the staff. This was one of the most beautiful hotels and areas we have ever stayed at. The staff was super kind, helpful, and fun. We loved our stay here. The service was exceptional. We took a Japanese style room with in-room dining. We really liked the full course meal served in room. There was a drum show at night which was fun. The on-site hot spring with views of Mt Fuji was an awesome experience. They had it split by gender so females could go in the evening and males in the morning. They also have a wine lounge with free wine, snacks and ice cream that we really enjoyed. In the morning, we could get coffee here with great views of Mt. Fuji. In the evening, they have a tea and snack. We did not enjoy the tea but that may be up to personal preferences. Overall, we would highly recommend this place for views of Mt Fuji, calm secluded stays, and a real experience of Japanese hospitality.
