This place is a hidden gem. We had a wonderful stay. It had everything we were looking for in Paris. Great location, plenty of sites, stores and restaurants right in the vicinity. Delicious breakfast every morning. Staff was incredibly gracious and helpful. Comfortable bed, nice sized shower with substantial water pressure, a wardrobe for each of us to store clothes. Highly recommend.

Great little B&B find, conveniently located near Gare Saint Lazare. It's a little tricky getting into the building, but if you follow the instructions that the hotel provides, it shouldn't be an issue. The room was very comfortable, and the rainfall shower was wonderful. I would happily return!

Hotel address was a culinary!??Actual hotel was behind. Problem getting the key code to enter the building and the room so at first I thought this was a scam. Outside of building looked bad BUT room inside was actually REALLY NICE. Comfortable bed, big flatscreen TV, large deep bathtub, friendly staff (once you found them). Evidently you CAN’T judge a book by its cover because this was probably the nicest room I’ve stayed in in Paris!

We only found this accommodation the night before our stay so was very short notice and we looked online exhaustively for options, but this place is the best we have ever stayed in Paris once you get past first appearances. Access to the property was down a lane and up to first floor (via lift or stair). Inside the rooms are big for Paris and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with mix of cereal, fruit, youghurt, pastries / baguette & coffee, and is served individually in central common area which was nice. The staff friendliness was amazing, there was nothing too much trouble for them and they love to chat with you about Paris or anything really. Would highly recommend to anyone and come back here without any hesitation. The location is also fabulous near Galleries Lafayette with lots of local eating options near your door, but very safe and not noisy at all inside the room

The Premier Etage on Rue Joubert is in such an amazing location, only two RER stops from Gare Du Nord (so handy for CDG) and so handy for the Grand Magasins (Galleries Lafayette, Printemp) and Opera Garnier. It is also 3 minutes walk from a Metro stop which will take to to the Grand Palais, Le Louvre, etc etc. The apartments are superbly clean, and super easy to access with key codes, no need to be fumbling for hotel cards. The staff is really super helpful. The breakfast is super generous, I hate food waste so I asked them to bring me less after the first day. The room I had (room 6) was a good size, though the shower is in the bedroom and in a separate bathroom, which I am not keen on, but I should have paid more attention when booking. The rooms and communal areas are well decorated, with quirky little decorations from some high end brands like Astaire de Villiette. There is a small kitchen, equipped with tea, coffee machine, microwave and kettle and some little sweet treats. You can get to the apartments by a small flight or stairs or a lift. You have to step over the bottom part of the door as you enter the courtyard so it may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. There was also a step in the bedroom, between the area of the room with the sink and shower and the area with the bed. Overall I would rate Premier Etage very highly for location, cleanliness, decor, staff and breakfast.

Déçu pour le prix Points négatifs : - Chambre mal entretenue : Plusieurs détails laissent à désirer (patère manquante, luminaire absent dans la douche, joints vétustes et sales, mur abîmé derrière le pommeau de douche, pommeau qui ne tient pas en place). - Isolation phonique à revoir : On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les communes - Petit-déjeuner décevant : Salle exiguë et ambiance peu agréable quand l’hôtel est complet. Le croissant surgelé picard, mon dieu ! Points positifs : - Literie confortable. - Emplacement pratique. - Salade de fruits fraîche et maison. - Personnel du petit-déjeuner sympathique. En résumé : Pour le prix, j’attendais bien mieux, surtout à Paris où l’offre hôtelière est large. Dommage, car avec un peu plus de soin, cet hôtel pourrait être agréable. Je ne reviendrai pas, mais j’espère que ces remarques aideront à améliorer la qualité.

Concept très novateur. Un petit hôtel boutique tout petit (ne contient que 6 chambres) mais hyper confortable e5 bien décoré. On croirait habiter une ancienne résidence parisienne. Une fois passé la grande porte parisienne donnant sur la rue et franchi la porte donnant accès au bâtiment (pas évident la première fois car cette portion du bâtiment est un peu délabrée), quelle surprise nous attend au premier étage lorsque nous ouvrons la porte qui donne sur un petit salon commun (qui se transforme en espace petit déjeuner le matin). Il n’y a pas de réception à proprement dit. Nous recevons la veille les instructions (codes d’accès numériques). Lorsque je suis arrivé vers 14h, il y avait cependant quelqu’un. Les chambres sont bien décorées et très bien dotées. Le lit est très confortable. Seul bémol, le bruit de la rue était très présent dans ma chambre mais nous sommes à Paris… Si vous ne voyagez pas seul ou en couple, sachez que la portion douche est visible depuis le lit. Le petit déjeuner servi tout les matin (croissants, céréales, pain, viandes, salade de fruits, jus, etc.) est très bon. L’hôtel est bien situé près de la gare Saint-Lazarre, du métro, des grands magasins et de plusieurs restos. Concept novateur et original (un peu comme un b&b et un hôtel boutique jumelé). Je recommande.

Adorable and comfortable hotel in perfect location

This hotel was so cute and nice. It was a great location and easy to find. The room was so cute, had a big window and looked out in a cute street. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. I loved all the decorations. The lobby was also really cute, there was a kitchen with tea and coffee and the breakfast was delicious. If I ever come back to Paris, I would definitely stay here again
