Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well laid out. Breakfast was great, coffee great! Just wish coffee was available before 8:00AM. There was an odor in the hallway that resembled sewage gas possibly, but not in the room. Parking wasn’t convenient. Had to park at a location about 50 meters from the hotel.. Couldn’t control AC at all, and it was warm inside for several hours. Towel rack was mounted too high for a person of short stature. Shower head mount was broken, so needed to use overhead, and the control knob for the overhead was difficult to rotate. Room advertised as smoke free, but a light smell of smoke was evident. Howe ever, the owners and staff were very nice people, and that counted a lot.

The Positives: - The view over the valley is incredible. - Cleaning of the hotel is fine. The Neutral: - The breakfast is good, but lacks fresh ingredients (no vegetables at all, Greece has lots of local fresh food). In addition, there is only instant coffee, for all other types there is a charge like in a full-blown restaurant. - There is a charging station for EVs, which is fine if you need it. But, in case you visit the bridges of Epiros or Vikos, we recommend the public PPC DEI Blue charger in Vitsa, since the public network (AC 0, 40€, DC 0.52€, as per 09/2026) is a lot cheaper than the hotel (0.55€/kWh) and so, for a 50% charge you can get 2 coffees in adfition for the same price. The negatives: - we explicitely ordered a non-smoking room., but we entered the room, we immediatedly checked if we booked a wrong room. It smelled like cigarette smoke like hell. So, if you are allergic or have breath problems, this hotel could be your death. So, summarised: if we would go to the area again, we would search for another option.

Πεντακάθαρο ξενοδοχείο. Ευγενικότατο και πρόσχαρο το προσωπικό. Μας εξυπηρέτησαν άψογα και μας πρότειναν μέρη να επισκεφτούμε. Θα ήθελα μόνο πιο πλούσιο πρωινό. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα για όποιον βρεθεί στην περιοχή και σίγουρα αν βρεθώ πάλι προς τα εκεί θα το προτιμήσω.

Το ξενοδοχειο και η οικογενια που το εχουν ηταν υπεροχοι. περασαμε πολυ ωραια, σαν μοναδικο μειον θα ελεγα το πρωινο. θα προτιμουσα να ειχε μπουφε και οχι ατομικα προκαθορισμενα πιατα. αυτο ομως δεν με εμποδιζει για να βαλω 10 στο ξενοδοχειο.
