Horrible la atención. de parte del personal encargado. Se dirigió a nosotros (y a otros huéspedes, porque presencie las situaciones) de manera IRRESPETUOSA, no se puede decir de otro modo. Había funcionalidades incluidas en el la habitación (por las cuales uno paga) que no funcionaban, ante el reclamos, el encargado respondió de manera vulgar, arrogante y faltando el respeto de los clientes. Es una lastima, porque el hotel es lindo y la ubicación es excelente, pero la atención lo ARRUINA todo.

Recommended. Location X3. Towels provided for pool. Beach Chairs and Umbrella were available. Hair dryer. Can see the ocean from breakfast room. Need place to store luggage if arriving early or leaving late due to a regulation they could not provide this courtesy service. Supermarkets everywhere and nice unstocked refrigerator in room. Relatively quiet. Many nice birds. Pool exceptionally clean. Hot tub clean, nice and hot.

NOS ALOJARON EN UN BLOQUE ANTIGUO DONDE NUESTRA HABITACIÓN ERA UNA OFICINA COMERCIAL REFORMADA. LA CAMA EN LA ENTRADA ASÍ QUE APENAS ABRÍAS LA PUERTA DE LA CALLE TE ENCONTRABAS CON LA CAMA. NO PODÍAMOS ABRIR LAS CORTINAS PORQUE DESDE LA CALLE SE VEÍA TODO. LOS ELECTRODOMÉSTICOS NO EXISTÍAN, LA PAVA ERA UNA DE ALUMINIO DEL SIGLO PASADO, COMO TODAS LAS OLLAS ANTIGUAS.
