Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Clara room is definitely in need of an upgrade. Especially the mattress, pillows, and bathroom. The grounds needed attention such as various debris scattered about. A simple blowing of the hard space would make it much more presentable. Breakfast was great and Mrs Nell showed true southern hospitality.

The is a wonderful property, we received a very warm welcome, fabulous food and hospitality throughout our stay. The live-in owner is a wonderful gentleman who greeted us at breakfast and conversed with us about local history. We were also treated to a tour of the property after breakfast. We had a wonderful w/e stay at the Burn. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning.. We also met the owner and enjoyed visiting with him. The room was clean and comfortable and we relaxed. by the pool and liked having access to the kitchen during our stay. It was a great w/e getaway!
