The room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the free breakfast at the cafe across the street that’s associated with the hotel. There’s plenty of really nice shops and restaurants all around the hotel. Excellent place for walks in town or down by the lake. Absolutely loved my stay.

We loved our stay at Hotel Emma. We arrived late and used the self-check in service, which was very smooth. We were not in Östersund very long, so it was wonderful to stay in a central location to get a feel for the town. Loved that they sold some local products in their lobby. Great breakfast.

This was our second time staying at Hotel Emma. It is a small hotel with large rooms, a nice breakfast area and a lounge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in looked like the bathroom had just been renovated. The hotel in conveniently located on the main shopping street so that we were able to walk to restaurants and activities. I highly recommend Hotel Emma.

Sentralt og fint plassert i gågata. Rommet var stort, men bar preg av slitasje. Gulvene var slitte og malingen skallet av fra vinduer og tak. Trenger sårt oppussing alle plasser. Hyggelig og hjelpsomme personale både i resepsjonen og vaskepersonalet. Kronglete å komme til både i heis og bakgård hvis man sittet i rullestol. Frokosten ble servert på konditoriet på den andre siden litt borti gaten. Den var ikke så mye å skryte av, spesielt første dagen, litt bedre dag 2, men absolutt ikke noe å skryte veldig av. Synd når dette for oss er en av de tingene man gleder seg til når man bor på hotell.
