Abends und nachts kann man auf dem ganzen Areal nichts sehen, völlige Dunkelheit, keine einzige Laterne, die da waren, brannte. Parkplätze nur außerhalb des Geländes, sehr unpraktisch. Das Apartment war etwas klein, aber sauber und ordentlich. Der Preis für die Unterkunft war ausgesprochen gut.

Très bien dans l'ensemble. Propre et confortable. À plus d'un kilomètre du centre, aucune commodité à proximité... Pour ce qui est de l'entretien, c'est inclus dans le prix de la location, alors je m'explique mal le besoin de défaire le lit et mettre les draps et serviettes dans un sac déposé à l.extérieur et de disposé des déchets. Auf den Fotos sieht es so aus, als läge die Unterkunft sehr mah am Strand, man musuu aber ca. 20 min laufen. Man muss auch weiter entfernt parken, weil man nicht in die Anlage fahren darf. Keine Liegen am Pool..

Ordentliche Appartements mit Ausstattung für 2 Personen. Lage ist ganz nah an De Haan Zentrum. Das finden war etwas schwierig, da die Anleitung nicht gut ist. Ansonsten war alles o.k.. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig.

Jolie résidence très calme et non loin du centre. Pratique si vous avez des enfants. Seuls bémols : pas de parking dans la résidence (mais pas insurmontable car il y a de la place dans les environs) et nous n'avons pas été prévenus que la piscine était fermée. Mais globalement à refaire!

Mit der Unterkunft und vor allem der Vermittlung war ich sehr unzufrieden! Das Bett war eine Schlafcouch, die ziemlich durchgelegen war und auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung für mich nicht nachzuvollziehen. Die Bewerbung der Wohnung auf deutsch und einem Preis der nachher dreimal so hoch war, finde ich auch schwierig!!! Es war zu keinem Zeitpunkt klar, wie ich an die Schlüssel komme, zumal ich sonntags angereist bin. Erst auf meine Nachfrage freitags bei Fewo, gab es einen Anruf auf englisch, der mir vermittelte, dass ich nicht alles bezahlt hätte und deshalb noch keine Infos erhalten hätte! Es ging um 3,- € Kurtaxe! Nach der direkten Bezahlung bekam ich eine Mail und war in dem Glauben, dass ich alle Codes hätte. Weit gefehlt, da diese Info ohne Belang blieb! Sonntagmorgens habe ich auf meinem Festnetz einen computergenerierten Anruf bekommen, natürlich auf englisch, der mich via Mailbox informiert, wenn ich allerdings nicht mehr zu Hause gewesen wäre, hätte es ein größeres Problem gegeben! Auch die check-in check-out Zeiten variierten je nach Mail und Info! Alles in allem, bin ich äußerst unzufrieden mit dem Verlauf und werde nicht noch einmal eine solche Buchung vornehmen! Magnifico soggiorno

Appartamento accogliente, pulito, moderno e dotato di tutte le necessità come forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e kit per lavaggio stoviglie incluso. Ubicato poco fuori il centro di De Haan (circa 800m) che é un paese stupendo, che anche con il freddo invernale é semplicemente stupendo e caratteristico. A pochi passi c'é anche la spiaggia con il mare dove osservare tramonti magnifici. Servito da Tram che passano con tempi molto ristretti che collegano De Haan agli altri paesi limitrofi fino a Oostende o Blankeberge dove si puó facilmente prendere il treno per Bruges o Gent, altre due città spettacolari secondo la mia opinione. Lo raccomando a tutte le persone che adorano lo stile e i paesi del nord europa e alloggiare in tranquillità.

Slaapbank: dringend aan vervanging toe; ijzeren springveren die doordrukken. Verwarming niet voldoende. Klepperende deur door tocht (wind die het appartement binnen dringt). Leeslamp kapot en daardoor onvoldoende licht. Onvoldoende aan gegeven dat men de niet met de auto het park kan binnen rijden om de bagage te lossen/laden.

Attention aux frais cachés !!!

On avait loué le studio pour 72 €, prix EXPEDIA garanti "sans mauvaise surprise"... Résultat : retrait direct de 150 € sur ma CB le jour de la réservation ! J'ai réclamé auprès d'EXPEDIA qui m'a dit que c'était normal, car il y avait des frais. Cependant, seul quelques frais étaient indiqués sur la page de vente mais pas la totalité et payable à l'hôtel... En fait, on m'a rajouté les taxes locales 4 €, les frais de draps et serviettes pour 16 €, les frais de consommation d'eau et électricité pour 8,80 € et 49 € de frais de ménage !!! Arrivé à l'appart'hôtel, pas de réception et aucune instruction. On appelle le numéro sur le site, 15 minutes d'explication pour qu'on me donne un numéro d'appartement et un code pour récupérer une clé dans un coffre-fort. 30 minutes à chercher l'appartement dans une résidence de 30 immeubles aux rues totalement sombres. Pas d'éclairage, pas de parking et interdit aux voitures. On trouve enfin le bon immeuble, et le coffre-fort pour la clé. Forcément le code du coffre n'était pas le bon, donc, 30 minutes a dépatouiller pour récupérer la clé... Dans la chambre, le lit est un clic-clac qu'il nous faut préparer nous-mêmes. Après toutes ses épreuves, nous pensions prendre une douche et malgré les 16 € de frais supplémentaires, aucune serviette à disposition. Après avoir prouvé que nous avions payé la location des serviettes, une personne débarque 2 heures après nous ramener des serviettes... Je ne recommande pas du tout cet appart'hotel...

NOOIT meer via Expedia! Wij hebben drie! verschillende prijzen doorgekregen, natuurlijk is de hoogste prijs van de rekening gegaan. Voor twee nachten en één volledige dag(want je mag pas binnen om 15u en moet om 10u buiten!)253€ voor een studio. Eerste prijs was 136€,wat wel schappelijk is. Dan een mail gehad dat het 213€ zou zijn, uiteindelijk 253€!

Lugnt o fint men inget wifi, täcke o disktrasa

Lägenheten/studion var nyrenoverad och smakfullt inredd. Sängen var en bäddsoffa. Balkongen vette mot det närliggande grannhusets balkonger. Badrummet var fint med bra dusch i badkar. Inget tvål. Området där semesterhusen fanns var barnvänligt med grönytor och pool. Dock var det ingen parkering på området tillhörande den här lägenheten så man fick leta parkering i villakvarteren runtomkring, vilket innebar en ganska lång promenad med packningen. Det fanns inget wifi alls i lägenheten eller området. Lakan ingick men man fick bädda själv. Inga handdukar, inte ens diskhandduk ingick. Det fanns ett fint välutrustat kök men det fanns varken diskmedel, diskborste/svamp eller disktrasa så jag valde att inte använda köket. Jag stannade två nätter och då har man vanligtvis inte med sig sådan utrustning. Det fanns ingen information alls på rummet om t ex var man hittar mataffär eller karta över stan. Eftersom wifi saknades kunde man inte heller få den informationen därifrån. Det fanns inget täcke eller filt på rummet, så jag fick gå ut till bilen och hämta min egen filt då jag frös på natten. Man fick sin nyckel i en postbox, det fanns ingen reception att gå till. Uppe det ganska höga rumspriset la de på 60€! för städning! Och andra avgifter! Kommunikationen via mail inför vistelsen var enbart på flamländska, även då jag frågade något på engelska. Så: Lugnt och fint men dyrt och saknad av wifi, disktrasa och täcke.
