Lovely views of the ocean and the city from the grounds and the room (for the seaview room at least). Great location (2 min walk to the Historic Center), lovely pool, friendly and helpful staff, steady internet. Recommend!

A bit difficult with the lack of English here. The couldn’t find our reservation to get through the entrance gate (while in our uber). There was no explanation about any amenities on check in (no communication except us filling out a form with passport info, which was in English). The view from the pool area was lovely. Most areas seem to need upgrades (pool decomposition in areas and tiles, the rooms are very dated). Drinks were not too overpriced. Overall, ok for a quick one night stay before leaving for the airport at 3am.

I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. It’s not your traditional resort but sure it meets the needs to enjoy Porto Seguro. I love stuff members, everyone very charismatic and helpful, especially the front desk Sabrina. Location is great even if you don’t have a car, you can just call an Uber. Is very close to city town, near passarela do álcool end all the night life and restaurants. The only down side is they don’t carry an iron in each room, and if you need to get a clothe iron they will do it for you at a charge. This was the only downside for me, but I guess this is a trend in the area. I will definitely stay again.

The property is around the corner of the Historic Center, a beautiful place that must be visited. NEGATIVE ABOUT THE HOTEL: there is a R$4.00 reais fee charged for each tower one takes to use in the pool area. This service should not be charged and if so, it should be told at the check in and shown at the Expedia reservation page. The staff at the front desk are impolite and need to be better trained for problem solve. If you complain about anything, the become upset. The towers for the bed rooms are old and uncomfortable. There is no shower cap.

1-O atendimento do restaurante e do bar é ruim - demora para chegar os pedidos e os garçons somem. E ainda cobram taxa de serviço de 10%!? 2-Cobram taxa para toalha da piscina! Absurdo - como um resort cobra a toalha, sendo que a diária já não é barata e deveria incluir isso? 3-para qualquer comida que não seja comprada no hotel (trouxe de fora pq não estava bem para comer no restaurante, no momento), eles NÃO emprestam o prato, talher e nem esquentam no micro-ondas deles. ABSURDO e REVOLTANTE isso. Acabei nem comendo! 4-o chuveiro é MUITO ruim - a noite a água não esquenta. tive dificuldade com meus filhos pequenos para tomar banho com agua fria. 5-o banheiro é horrível, molha tudo porque não tem porta, o chuveiro é velho e não regula a pressão e a agua cai pra tudo que é lado. 6-No geral, o hotel é velho e suas instalações também. As fotos enganam. 7-Tive que sair 1 hr antes do inicio do café da manhã e foi uma humilhação para pedir qualquer coisa para comer - sendo que tudo já ficam prontas. Desisti de diante de tanta dificuldade e humilhação que tive que dar. 8-Não tem uma pessoa que centraliza nossos pedidos - como a toalha, tomar café mais cedo, tudo tive que falar com a pessoa da piscina, ou do restaurante....ai tinha que ficar explicando....constrangedor para um hotel de 700/diária 9-(Descobri no dia - não divulgam) Aos sábados, abrem o hotel ao público - Day Use - e qualquer pessoa entra e acessa tudo do hotel junto com conosco, hospedes. ABSURDO e traz insegurança.
