Love the room and bathroom space, love the wide windows, the walking distant to KSL and some F&B. Can improve with some (not all) customer services, the TV channels and what guests have to park at level 4 & 5 where the driveways up and down are so narrow, add a handhold shower option in the shower, repair the shaky bathroom holders and faulty bathtub stopper.

1) Not child family as there is only rain shower outlet in the toilet and no normal shower head. How to bathe a toddler without getting wet? How to wash legs when change to bedroom slippers without getting wet? 2) The toilet is terrible as the 02 in my room have mould and stains. 3) Some parts of the room had a layer of dust. 4) The room is considered big. There are plenty of food eateries around the hotel.

Good location next to KSL. Room is dated. Floor lamp stand is almost fractured, held up with duct tape. Bed is clean but unsure about the sofa and cushions. All canned drinks and snack (1 x KitKat) in fridge is free. Nice touch.

Disappointing

Poor stay. Hotel issued another couple same room and that couple tried to enter our room when we were inside!! Also very inflexible with making us go up to the car to get the parking ticket to validate when they could have just gave a new ticket. Room sound proofing is poor also can hear next door and from upstairs. Poor stay will not stay here again
