Shocking service.

This place would have been okay for a quick overnight sleep. We arrived in the evening to the rudest man I have ever met on reception , who seemed Pissed off that we arrived and was muttering insults at us in French. We tried to stay calm as we needed a bed for the night. The night watch man was really a horrible person and I hope his manager and employer reads this.

Du bien et du moins bien, dommage...

Les points positifs de l'hôtel sont sa propreté et sa décoration (remis au goût du jour récemment semble-t-il). Un soin particulier a été apporté à la déco de Noël ce qui rend l'accueil très chaleureux et le moment du petit déjeuner très agréable. Un plus également : la présence d'un agent d'accueil/vigile même à 4heures du matin 👍 Les points négatifs: j'ai été réveillé plusieurs fois durant ma courte nuit car l'accueil communique directement avec le couloir des chambres du rez-de-chaussée. Du coup allées et venues des clients (entrant dans l'établissement ou en sortant, allant aux douches/wc extérieurs aux chambres où tout simplement les échanges verbaux à l'accueil qui sert aussi aux petits déjeuner avec un volume de paroles pas du tout mis en sourdine malgré la proximité des chambres et l'absence de porte fermée en très ces deux espaces .... Par ailleurs il n'y avait personne en journée à l'accueil lorsque je le suis présenté. J'ai dû sonner deux fois sans que personne ne vienne et il m'a fallu téléphoner au numéro surtaxé de l'hôtel pour faire venir la personne qui avait à faire dans le reste de l'hôtel à ce moment là et n'avais pas entendu sonner à l'accueil. Pour le reste c'est un formule 1. La chambre possède une TV et un lavabo. Les douches et WC sont dans le couloir mais c'est joliment remis au goût du jour et propre. Bravo pour cela 👍

Extrement bruyant a 4h du mat les gens parlent fort crient et personne n intervient. Reveiller par un personnel odieux a 9h, qui frappe dort a la porte alors que nous avions jusque 10h pour le petit déjeuner. Inacceptable

Nous étions là pour 2 nuits et pas le choix, plus rien trouvé. Lits pas fait à l'arrivée, serviettes toilettes payantes à 3 E, jamais vu dans un hôtel à 60 E la nuit, la porte mon mari a du revisser, porte d'entrée pas fermée à clé car cassée. Beaucoup de choses à revoir. A l'accueil le jeune homme avait un look très particulier. Nous avions 3 lits superposés car il ne restait rien d'autres comme chambre. Pas de douche ni WC dans la Chambre. Parking gratuit. Je n'y reviendrais jamais c'est sûr.
