Lovely property. Very quiet, block from the beach, spacious, remodeled rooms, plus free parking, bikes, breakfast, WiFi and no resort fees. First stayed here in 1994 and happy to keep coming back. Love that Santa Barbara has so many independent hotels and this is one of the best!

The pictures are not representative at all of the hotel. It is pretty much a motel with no special design or architectural features. The pool is minuscule also. The furniture is old and should be updated to the 21st century. If this place had been advertised strictly as a motel, it would get much better reviews. Lovely hotel room, recently renovated. Pool and hot tubs were nice and clean. Breakfast was a limited but very good buffet, range of options such as muffins, bagels, eggs, bacon and sausage plus cereals. Location is perfect! A mile walk from the main village/town and steps from the beach/marina. They also offer free bike rentals and afternoon cookies! We will definitely be back.
