The room is very spacious and clean! The condition is new. It's surprising to find hotel rooms in Japan with that size. We had the Japanese style room so we had futons on tatami mats! Lovely!

My family and I love to stay here. It's simple and clean. Love the ease of checking in and out. The store in the lobby and the bar have great options and work out when you just want something quick but comforting. The room is beautiful and comfortable.

The hotel is modern and spacious, it has a gate connected to the theme park which makes it easier to access. However, the food type of the buffet breakfast is limited, and there is no other restaurant nearby outside the theme park. The overall experience is great.

My family and I stayed overnight. The check-in was really easy and room was very clean. The fact we had a bed for everyone was something we didn’t expect and were very pleased. Because we are members of Huis ten Bosch staying at this hotel was a charm. We had easier access. I will say for the price we paid we can’t complain. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

right beside huis ten bosch, what more can you asked for? very clean and modern look. a resort style hotel versus the usual tall building kind of hotel. very spacious in the room. Only troublesome part is the free parking is some distance away which i didnt realize. so end up paying for that 5 min of parking right outside the hotel.

Good size room and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful with checking in.
The pyjamas provided had stains and the cleanliness of the room could be better. Did not complain as was only there for one night and had my own with me.
The room lights are controlled by a remote controller which wasn’t made obvious so had to search the room to find a switch. We were not made aware until we had parked that we were in the paid parking area rather than the free parking which is 600m away.

Lovely minimalist Japanese modern tatami room
One of the more inexpensive official hotel option of HTB. It’s quite a walk from the HTB station. So if you get there before 11am, believe there is a shuttle that could pick you up from the carpark. I didn’t take it as I found out only when I got to the hotel, but managed to take the shuttle when leaving. This shuttle operates every 20 mins and last shuttle is just after 11am. Weekday and weekend schedules are different.
However, please note that there is usually nobody at the reception before 3pm. This place is highly self serve. They strictly do not allow early check in, and charge late checkout by the hour. If you want to leave your luggage there before you check in, knock on the door behind reception counter to get staff attention.
Eco friendly, so personal amenities are to be picked up at reception after check in.
The room was very clean, new and spacious with door separating sleeping and rest of the room. There are vending machines at the lobby as a karaoke soundproof cubicle for rent there as well. A self managed minimart for snacks as well. Overall a very good experience.

Very modern, clean and comfortable. A minor annoyance was the entry area light that turned on every time you used the bathroom and stayed on maybe 5 minutes with no obvious way to disable.

You get what you pay for. Even if firm.
Not memorable. As expected for that price. Although those pillows are terribly hard as is the bed. And I like firm beds.

Connected to the park, very convenient. Need to pay the luggage fee (M:300yen, L:500yen) at coin lockers if you want to go to the park before c/in. We stayed upstairs but there was no lift so it was hard to go up with large, heavy luggage. They have Onsen in the park (free for hotel users) we didn’t know until we read the info if we knew we would’ve loved to have used it. Overall it was interesting to experience a robot-operating hotel, all the human staff are very nice and the utilities were clean.
