We arrived at 7.58 pm called the afterhours number multiple times and noone answered the phone after many attempts we went for dinner and continued to try calling finally at 8.45pm he answered the afterhours phone. We had driven 3.5hrs to get there for a hospital admission the next day and were fearful we had no were to stay if he didnt answer. The next morning we had to get ready early to gobto hospital and the hairdryer in the room didnt work. They provided a replacement we were very disapointment in the service and no compensation made for the poor service yet this was not cheap. Also walls are dirty need to be cleaned or repainted and pillows were miniature. Will not stay again due to the afterhours phone issue with no compensation made 😒

After hours there is no service and the employee after hours are non professional , unable to provide service, very rude, they have some residents they are not social and does not maintain any etiquette , arguing over the phone in the reception area most of the time in the evenings, noone to look after these
