I was here just before COVID, it's a fantastic hotel, that's why i came back again , excellent services; front counter, room keeper, and breakfast was so delicious , with many selections, one young guy was so helpful , his name is Kyo, very attentive and so patient . I paid extra for a room with a window, but it faces directly into a nearby building that’s currently under construction. The view is completely blocked, the room is very dark, and due to the noise and dust, opening the window isn’t really an option. While the bathroom is excellent and well-maintained, the room itself feels quite dated, and there are no USB ports by the bedside. Although the location is central, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station, not ideal after walking in Taipei all day.

Can improve: Noise insulation (can hear other guests, and hear and feel doors of other rooms closing on floor and floor above), slow elevators (there really should be 3 elevators, not 2), key card integration when there are separate reservations for one continuous stay.

The staff is cheerful and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Rooms are clean and modern. Love the rain shower. Speaking of rain, you can borrow umbrellas at the front desk which is very convenient so you don't need to pack one. I really appreciate the breakfast variety and the friendly staff in the breakfast room. I would have liked coffee in the room too but only tea is available. The location is convenient for transportation, shopping, restaurants, and is very walkable and safe. I would definitely stay here again!

Self service hotel, more like an Airbnb with a front desk. No room service for food. One restaurant that does not do take out service. No bellman to help with luggage and no early check in. They only provided us with 3 towels, even though there were 5 guests. When we asked for more towels they gave us a hard time about why we needed so many. Lost a key card and questioned us really hard about it at check out. Would not stay here again.

When you entered the hotel, the lobby and all amenities are old and out dated as if you just entered a 1980s hotel. The breakfast area is also out dated like one of those 1960s diner along the hwy. However, once you get to your floor, it dramatically changed the situation. The hallways are classy, clean. They might have Reno the hotel rooms.

Super central location on Nang Jin road in Central Taipei. Booked a windowless room on purpose. Quiet clean sleeping in a big bed. Sure cure for time zone adjustment. Lots of eateries within walking distance and proximity to public transport makes this a great stay.
