No coffee or eateries around in such a huge place. Closest Timhortons is 15 kms away. Not a place for your leisure stay. Rooms are clean but be cautious while you check in ensure what is provided in toilet should remain same else you would be charged after verification. Pro Ample parking EV charging Lots of space to walk Clean rooms Spacious and looks very rich Cons No ventilation suction in washrooms Room service not available round the clock Cannot reach this hotel over phone since call center closed after 6pm or address mentioned by google maps doesn’t take you to destination No coffee shop or eatery round the clock considering the location Only one breakfast place which is very expensive bagel and cream cheese cost 7$ In short not a place for leisure stay

The property was clean, comfortable, and provides plenty of room for us. The only disappointment was that there is no pool you can use without paying to use the waterpark. Water in the lobby would also be nice.

Great place to stay !

We had a great experience the only comment that I have is that the staff was soooo young ! Most of them were very professional and my only worry is that they can easily be taken advantage of by the more unpleasant guests they were all so young and timid. I understand the lack of working hands but I would have liked to have seen more adults supporting the younger staff.

I liked staying here as you could come and go to the waterparks easily. The rooms were big and it was a quiet hotel. I didn't like they didn't clean your room the whole time you are there (we stayed 4 nights). The TV was hit or miss to work. We seemed to always have to call and get them to reset the TV so it would work and when it did work it froze a lot. The WIFI was really slow as well.

Lhotel etait propre et les employes gentils !!! On doit payer pour chaque chose appart, le parc aquatique nest pas inclus dans le prix !! On y est resté deux nuits le menage na pas ete fait dans la chambre, pas meme une bouteille d'eau , la machine a cafe ne fonctionnait pas, pas de tisane dans la chambre, une grande pancarte dans la salle de bain indique le cout de chaque serviette si jamais elle manque dans la chambre a notre depart jai trouvé ca tres cheap , le petit dejeuner etait une horreur inmangeable ! Tres peu de commodités pour un 4 etoiles !! Lhotel repose juste sur ses installations rien de plus !! Prochaine fois je book justs le parc aquatique et jirai dans un vrai 4 etoiles Qc !!
