no english, period. no hotel parking - only on street if you can get it. didn't want to let us pay by credit card, and among these three factors checkin was frustrating and took an hour. Then the cleaning solution in the room was so strong that we left the door open to try to get fresh air. Even in AM, still made me wince when entering the room from breakfast. breakfast not very good. disappointing
