The family enjoyed the stay. Well come back again. Only thing i was disappointed was the jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was down for maintenence. And im use to a stronger headhshower. But overall ill still come back.

Overall it was a solid stay at this resort. It’s a tad bit older property that shows a little wear but it’s still solid. The only real issue was both bathroom showers has less then ideal water pressure and the hot tub was not working (was told bears destroyed it during the fires last year by a timeshare resident, don’t know how true that was ). But everything else here was ideal. Really spacious areas. Nice living room and kitchen areas. We did use the bbq grills and pool both which were great amenities. For price we paid and room quality Im extremely happy. I would not hesitate staying again or recommending to friends. The view from our bedroom was amazing

When we first arrived the spare room at ants but the hotel staff quickly found us another room and set us up within less than 5 minutes. Each of our rooms we stayed in was very very clean and comfortable. The second room we were given did not lock. Management was able to provide us a key so that we could lock the door and be able to leave and comfort. The staff was wonderful the grounds were beautiful and I would definitely stay there again even with the couple of the missteps

The property sits atop a mountain ridge that oversees the Ruidoso NM village below. We had a nice quiet stay. The property management was kind and helpful. The property is older. Everything was clean and in working order. Our two bedroom apartment was one of the cleanest stays we had ever had anywhere. It is a great value. The spa/hot-tub was not available when we were there. The indoor pool was nice. It is a pet free property. If you are booking during the snowy season, be sure to bring snow chains and a four wheel drive vehicle. We will definitely stay there again.

Everything in this property was great. From the area where its located, To everything in & out the Condo. The parking, The rooms, The space, The Balcony/Patio view and also the items left in the condo for people to use. Even though i didn’t use any since I carry my own. I still found that amazing. I dont know why people complain about this items when you can go buy or carry your own. Also the front desk & staff where very helpful and friendly. Place feels like an apartment. I will definitely stay here again. 10/10
