Most important is the bed was just perfect,after a couple of check-in mess ups with rooms the beds where soft and comfortable, tv was very small for the room and no channels for children, buffet was well appointed and free espresso👍 pool was nice and surrounding areas where good for eating choice,check in and out was a breeze

Great hotel in Surin. Tony the bellman is the key to this place. He will greet you upon arrival, speaks perfect English & even call you by your name throughout your stay. I was very impressed by his service. Pool was fabulous, haven't eaten breakfast yet, but I'm sure it's good. Walkable to best spots in Surin including all the hot bars & clubs...very cool beer spots. The room itself is amazing. I got upgraded to a junior suite which was fabulous. All amenities in room are great including robes. Tony Tony Tony!!!

Claims to be a 4-star hotel but I couldn't get a hot shower or hot water shave. And the breakfast is poor. Other than no hot water, the room was comfortable.

The rooms look like they were once very nice for Surin, now they are a bit tired, windows have never been properly cleaned on the outside as there are still many drips from when building was originally first painted. Beds are to hard, furniture needs an update, housekeeping is fantastic
