Excellent hôtel, très bien situé, propre et confortable, avec un personnel accueillant. Seul bémol, le petit-déjeuner est servi dans un café partenaire en face de l’hôtel, et le service y est vraiment décevant, accueil désagréable, aucun choix, pas de boissons chaudes ni froides, même pas d’eau pour les enfants. C’est dommage, car tout le reste était parfait !

Reza was amazing! Can I come him and hire him for my work? He made our trip so comfortable and easy and never a single hesitation to help fix whatever issue we had. Hotel was beautiful and in the center of where I wanted to be. Really a great place and not too far from it all

The room is spacious and has all the things you need. However, it is on the Istiklal Street, facing the street and it is quite noisy. I booked a room with a balcony on expedia, however there was no room with balcony was available which was disappointing and I was given the room number 200 which ia on the first floor right at the entrance. There was a noise of water drainage coming from the aircon and pipes. Couldn't sleep well all night! The bed is massive, yet it was not comfortable :( The room waa dirty as well, the shower had a rusty bits. Overall, it was okay.

Great location. Loved our stay. There are several dining options at walking distance as well as shopping. Metro, tunnel, and tram are at walking distance too. Since the building is old, there is no elevator. If your room is at top most level , and if you do not prefer stairs , this place isn’t for you.

Air conditioner doesn’t work well in the main room, and non functioning at all on the second bedroom (staff making bad jokes of the situation). We also had an energy shortage in the area. Our room was very noisy because of the restaurants and bars downstairs and a construction near in the morning. Also our suite was not in the main building so we had to walk outside to reach it.

Great location and wonderful staff! However, the property could use some updates. Specifically, the showers and entrance door need repair (the door can be quite noisy). Additionally, some of the cookware seemed a bit outdated. Despite these issues, the positives outweighed the negatives, and we'd probably stay here again.

We traveled as a group of five friends and had an incredible time. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the middle of lively İstiklal Street. If you’re looking for a calm, quiet area, this might not be for you. But if you’re a tourist wanting to soak in the vibrant day and night atmosphere, this is the ideal spot. It felt safe and full of energy at all hours. Since we requested to stay together, our accommodation was in a separate building, which worked out perfectly for us. It couldn’t have been better! There was a cozy little café just downstairs where we had amazing breakfasts—something we’re still talking about. The service was great and he was very helpful and informative. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience the real heartbeat of the city.

Unique, small hotel on an excellent location. Not easy to find, but one telephone call was enough for the staff to pick us up. Kind service and a good breakfast in a small restaurant opposite the hotel. Not recommended for people with mobility problems: 4 floors, no elevator. Fly screen for the windows would recommended.

Location is great. Don’t expect to have good sleep as down stairs of this hotel is all restaurants and bars. You will hear loud party music daily until 2am in the morning, then city cleaning crews comes daily to clean street and makes their cleaning noise until early morning. With noise issue mosquitoes also a big problem at night. As soon. As you turn off your lights, you will hear mosquito noises and will bite marks in the morning.During our stay found live slug inside the bathroom cabinet. There were dust balls with hair all over room. Overall without location this hotel does not have any other pros to recommend. Receptionists in the morning were not friendly and keep asking to take their taxi services, even though you will get cheaper taxi on the street.

The staff were wonderful. However, be aware that there is now a club just below and to one side on the Istikal side of the hotel. Driving electronic dance music till 3:30-4 AM every night. The local police have been bribed to not enforce noise bylaws. We stayed 2 nights in a street facing room. No sleep possible until the club closed. Once in a back side room it was quiet. Only book back side!
