Five starts do not seem enough for this hotel , the whole staff are truly exceptional and made our stay so special. From breakfast , reception to the cleaning staff, everyone provided a level of customer service that is beyond anything I have ever received in any other hotel. Beautiful View and Wonderful Accomodations!

Our family of four had an amazing stay in the Dondolo suite for our three day visit to Chania. The service was impeccable, food outstanding, and the staff was so accommodating (ie, we forgot a converter plug and they had one for us to use). We also enjoyed a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and charcuterie board on our amazing balcony overlooking Old Town. The location cannot be beat. We also enjoyed spending our down time at Zepos on their comfy couches ordering almost everything on its menu. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the Domus Renier to anyone staying in Chania.
