The rooms are what I would call “adequate”. Bed was comfortable, room was on the small size. Bathrooms definitely need updating and they are very small. Outside amenities are nicer than most of the inside. There appears to be a staffing shortage with cleaning staff. Great location and staff were friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our long weekend with an oceanfront view. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom with the toilet and shower was small and the shower seemed somewhat dated but did the job. The restaurant and bar staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property and the beach access is incredible! The only things that weren’t great was the main restaurant was closed when we got there at 1:30pm (this was on Sunday) and the tiki bar had closed at 12pm (which was the posted times so no worries there), we were just bummed we couldn’t get lunch on the property. The only other thing was the bed was pretty uncomfortable but the amenities outweigh that for us! We will be returning for sure!

Room phone to get front desk didn't work so twice to get someone to come up to get tv working i had to go downstairs Whoever or whatever was above me was very noisy like moving furniture. I was 6th floor, noisy was above on 7th. Ive never had to pay for parking, was included in being a guest all the time until this stay. I had to leave day and half early due to Nor'easter coming, not hotels fault, I need to get one night cost back. This was a trip to relieve heavy stress, was stressful in itself. Walking on beach in water and sand was very nice.

Overall an okay stay, but the hotel could definitely use some improvements. Convenient oceanfront location with a bar/restaurant on site, and they had some beach chairs available you could use. The pool/hot tub were quite dirty - lots of sand, and the hot tub wasn’t even remotely hot, which was very disappointing. We stayed on the top floor and could see a staff member “clean” the hot tub one day, which consisted of sweeping all the sand into a pile and then leaving it still in the hot tub. The room was spacious enough for 2 people, but could have used a much more thorough clean. There was someone else’s hair on the shower curtain, the towels and sheets had stains, sand on the floor before we even stepped foot onto the beach, and various pieces of crumbled wall/ceiling through the room. The worst thing was seeing a cockroach crawl across the floor on our second night. The place needs some major renovations and deep cleaning before I would consider staying here again.
