早餐十分有特色，包含各地風格，任客戶選擇。質素也很好，無論是地度的椰漿飯或印度特色的咖哩也十分美味。餐廳職員十分有禮貌，還主動為我們拍照。酒店職員也十分專業，我們零晨才到酒店，職員主動在門口等待我們，只需幾分鐘的手續，我們便能進入房間休息，十分快捷。房間打掃及執拾也十分有效率，食完早餐後便已執拾好房間。離開店酒後也主動搬運行李到大店讓我們拿取。因此服務態度很好。

The place is great, quite accessible, the hotel gives you this bit of historical feeling, it's calm and beautiful :) The hotel was really nice but some things are still a bit surprising. For exemple, if you don't put the "clean" sign on the door, they won't do your room. The breakfast is just a small meal that you have to choose on menu between 3 choices. And the staff was not super friendly. But never rude ! So overall it was ok :) And the laundry service is a bit expensive. But besides that ! worth the stay !

Being on a unesco world heritage site, I loved their use of Old colonial furniture and fixtures. Staff were great. Very friendly. Great breakfast. Right in the middle of old town Georgetown. Close to the free CAT shuttle bus. The Red Village market a perfect place for great reasonably priced dinner. Would stay there again

Staff training, house keeping hygiene , room facilities (ext.. room door, no way to contact any staff from the room( I stay cross street from the office) ..) The room door : I got locked in from out side the room door by house keep staff , and there was no staff in the building I can reach , even open the window screaming for unlocked the door , I was waiting more than 40 mins to wait one staff to walked by .. my room: #6 cross the street from the office
