Poor Communication and Mishandling of Accommodation issue.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your resort. Unfortunately, several issues during my stay and at the time of departure left me feeling frustrated and unsafe.
On two separate occasions, I informed the front desk that my flight had been delayed and inquired about extending my stay. Each time, I was quoted a rate of $379 per night, which was far higher than expected and unaffordable at the time. Based on that information, I made the difficult decision to leave the resort.
However, after I had already departed, I was informed that the rate had suddenly been changed to $89 per night. Had this information been provided earlier, I would have remained at the resort instead of leaving under stressful circumstances.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to return—after realizing the resort I moved to was unsafe—the head of security denied me re-entry, leaving me scrambling to find shelter. This was an extremely distressing situation that could have been easily avoided with clearer communication and more compassionate handling from your staff.
I am requesting that management review this situation carefully. I believe the way the matter was handled demonstrates a significant lack of communication and guest care, which is not what one would expect from a resort of your reputation. I would appreciate an explanation and any possible goodwill gesture to address the distress this
