Nice hotel not too far from Minneapolis/St Paul

Was a good stay, albeit a very short one. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional. Common areas and room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety and was pretty good. Bed was a little harder than we like but that is very subjective. All in all a nice place to stay.

Disappointed. Microwave didn’t work. Reported it. No f/u. Outlets in bedside table dead so my phone went dead during night despite being plugged in. Room blackening drapes didn’t close tight. No way to turn on the light above the sink to put on makeup.

Horrible! Front desk employee rude and raised voice at me! I asked why i was getting charged for incidentals $ 25.00 she literally yelled at me and could not explain this additional charge that I was unaware of before booking this room. Highly disappointed! Angry at this situation after traveling 6 hours to get to this hotel! Never again will we book here again -

Bad experience

Upon arrival we had no information that we had to reserve time to use the pool. They sent a confirmation email the day before our stay and it did not mention this we would have cancled and made other arrangements. The pool when we got to use it at 7am was so gross with hair piles at the bottom of the pool. Then we find out the hot tub is broken too. We also got a phone call stating we were being too loud when it was the room next to us who was loud till 3am but we didn't complain it was not a big deal.
