O quarto em que fiquei estava limpo, organizado, sem ressalvas. No entanto, havia mofo no rejunte no banheiro. Estava no sétimo andar. O elevador é pequeno e lento: Durante o pico de movimentação pela manhã, pode exigir uma dose extra de paciência. Ainda mais disputando o tráfego com as camareiras com os carrinhos de limpeza. Registre-se que apesar de ter ficado apensas uma diária, na manhã do check-out, o meu quarto foi aberto por uma das profissionais enquanto eu tomava banho. O cartão de acesso inserido no leitor, acende um led na parte externa informando o quarto ocupado. Não entendi a pressa em limpar o quarto enquanto havia a saída programada. Registro que a ducha é excelente, sem a odiada oscilação de temperatura que frequentemente ocorre em outras instalações. O café da manhã era razoável. Os ovos mexidos foram esquecidos na panela, parecia uma panqueca seca.

Quarto limpo e cheiroso! Café da manhã com bastante variedade, uma delícia. O hotel é muito bem localizado. Funcionários educados e proativos. Única coisa que me deixou um pouco aflita foi o fato de o estacionamento (localizado ao lado do hotel) ficar com o portão aberto durante toda a madrugada e dia, facilitando a entrada de qualquer pessoa. De resto, tudo excelente.

Só não gostei , que me colocaram no quarto 413 de frente a uma obra , 7:00 da manhã os funcionários já começaram a martelar , fazer maior barulho e tinha me programado de levantar as 9:00, foi impossível dormir depois das 7:00….. creio que os funcionários do hotel tem que avisar o cliente da obra , se ele se importa ou prefere de frente a rua ….

Muito bom. O hotel vem passando por reformas para atualização das acomodações. Faltam vagas exclusiva para embarque e desembarque dos hóspedes. A localização é o ponto alto, na região central e próximo ao comércio da região. Cozinha com boas opções e café da manhã bem ao nível da belíssima Blumenau.

Excelente!

Me hospedei no hotel e tive uma experiência excelente. A localização é um dos grandes destaques, já que fica próximo à Rua XV de Novembro, ao Museu da Cerveja e a outros pontos turísticos importantes, facilitando muito o deslocamento a pé. Além disso, o acesso ao hotel é prático e rápido. O café da manhã foi outro ponto alto, com bastante variedade, qualidade e ótimo sabor. Recomendo pela combinação de conforto, conveniência e atendimento. Só acho que o estacionamento não deveria ser pago(R$18,00 a diária) já que é do hotel.

The check-in process was awful. The front desk assistant was very slow and did not speak or understand Portuguese, the local language. Furthermore, the lobby had a very strong, unpleasant odor from a diffuser or disinfectant. The bathroom was also dirty. Although I had booked a queen-size bed, they offered two single duvets.
