Great room. We were there at a quiet time of year so maybe to be expected but staffing levels didn’t seem adequate for the number of guests. We waited a long time to check in and there were also long waits at the bar. Good variety at breakfast but the food under the heated lamps was cold and one of the coffee machines was out of action for our stay. Quite a way out of time so nice and quiet but nearest bus stop was about a 15 minute walk away and buses were infrequent

Lovely hotel next to theme park. We stayed in deluxe room very good size for family of 4 huge balcony free bottled water every day. Very good breakfast. Nice pool area. We was unsure about staying too far away from Benidorm itself and even though the distance is not far you need a taxi to go around the motorway. However the panoramic view and the quiet area was fantastic. The hotel is stunning and great for families. Even getting a place by the pool was done with little effort. My only criticism is that staff can be quite slow almost too relaxed. Getting pool side dinks from the bar took forever to the point where you give up. That aside we will definitely go back

It’s a little out of Benidorm and you need a taxi to get down town. Taxi is about 12 euros. View from the room is beautiful. We liked the tile floors and design of our room. There were plenty of options in the breakfast buffet. Staff was cheerful and helpful.
