I felt that calling this hotel a resort property was a joke. For 2 days linens sat in a tote no lid outside our room that were supposedly clean but really?? The railing ng down the stairs was filthy and we had to clean it ourselves with a bath towel only one side of the kitchen faucet worked and loose shower head cracked tiles too person that checked us into hotel seemed unsure of his job and was unable to help us move to a ground level room since no elevators here the pictures on their website made this property look much better than it actually was No one ever changed our sheets so had sand in our sheets for 3 days as hello we are at the beach Also ice machine in an entire other building No microwave which was promised had to ask for an iron they brought it but ano iron board In general this place was so disappointing to all of us and I have traveled for work for over 27 years this has to be the biggest letdown ever Only plus I could say was mattress was good and chair was good that’s it

We stayed in a renovated room with nice wooden high ceiling. For a motel, not bad, expect noise from railroad nearby as every motel here does, shower could use upgraded pressure balance so you don’t get hit with hot/cold shot when someone turns water on. Bed is great, slept very well. For one overnight, this was an ideal place with comfort and good price.
