Filthy and disgusting!!

This place was filthy. Spiders and spiderwebs everywhere. When we brought it to the staffs attention, they were rude and dismissive. They basically said take it or leave it, but didn't offer a refund. They advertise as having breakfast, but when you arrive there is a sign that says no breakfast. I've stayed in many hotel and motels in many different places, and this was by far the worst. I would never stay here again! Hotels.com should remove this place from their app.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. I’ve stayed in much nicer places for half the price. It felt like a money grab aimed at travelers unfamiliar with the area. While the room did have beds to sleep in, there were several major issues: no hot water, barely any water pressure, a tub that didn’t drain, and an overall unpleasant smell in the room. There was no body wash or washcloths provided, and the coffee pot was dirty and unusable. The property itself has potential, but it clearly suffers from a lack of upkeep and attention. One positive note: although it wasn’t listed on the site that the office closes at 11 p.m., the staff did call ahead and arrange for someone to meet us when we arrived late, which we appreciated. Overall, this stay was disappointing and not worth the cost.

It was convenient walk to Aartpark. Had a comfy bed. Reasonably priced. Short walk to breakfast at Syros. There was no hand soap and the shower had no water pressure. When I asked for more pillows, was told I could only have one. Room and hallway musty.

The hotel cancels our reservations while we were in the parking lot citing that they were closing permanently in 2 days. No refund was offered and I can not get a call back from hotels.com for a refund

Our first time visiting here and we had a horrible experience the bathroom was dirty upon arrival, dirty towels, mini fridge was dirty, smelled like drugs as well as blood stains on the sheets. Had it for two nights but had to get another hotel, we didnt end up staying the two nights and had to pay extra for another place to stay at!

The hallways and room had had a terrible odor because of the unwashed rugs, rooms were very dusty, you could see how dirty the windows even at night, the mini fridge was unbelievably filthy and had a terrible smell of its own, I’ve seen cleaner public bathrooms than the one in the room. The coffee make was as filthy as the rooms. Would not recommend ever coming here.
