Check in was effortless. Our room was disappointing as the layout meant that our ‘view’ was predominantly the building itself rather than the mountains, unless standing in one corner. Aircon was noisy and by bedtime we decided to ask for a quieter room. Absolutely the best outcome - reception acted promptly and moved us across the hall. We had a restful night and started our road trip home refreshed.

The property itself was wonderful. Beautiful location, clean, comfortable and convenient. We stayed here twice and loved it both times. Only downside was the check-in on our 2nd visit when our room wasnt ready until 5.30pm (3.5 hours after check-in started) which left us hanging around the lobby with 2 tired toddlers which was one of the worst check-in experiences I've encountered. Although the receptionist was doing everything she could to get the room cleaned and ready ASAP, it was still completely unacceptable. We were allowed a late-check out at the very least.

All very average but no complaints, it’s exactly as you’d expect, no more no less. Comfy bed. Good situ for Remarkables shops. Only niggle, tho perhaps it’s us, we had no idea how to work the shampoo and body wash dispensers. No prob as had our own but never come across that before!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Queenstown. The location is excellent and very convenient, with a bus stop nearby. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The room was also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place — it’s an excellent choice for an overnight stay near the Airport.
