Nice B&B with wonderful owners and healthy continental breakfast that includes incredibly delicious baked goods and the best homemade jams I’ve ever had. Free parking at the place which is good because we never had to use the car because the location was so walkable

Scott and Tina are gracious and welcoming. The B and B has lovely charm, is spotless and located a walk to Perkins Cove and the middle of quaint downtown Ogunquit. Sitting on the beautiful porch each morning was a treat esp being spoiled with a new baked dessert everyday from Tina. The iced banana bread was my favourite. Appreciated the variety of teas and iced water with lemon. The perfect getaway. Absolutely recommend.

We stayed the night in room 4, which has the 4 poster bed in the pictures, and had a great stay. The house is lovely and is in an area of relative quiet, while still being close to what you want to do. This room is the first one not on the main floor. It is on the second floor and the stairs are very steep , so keep that in mind for planning. The bathroom also has no counter, just a small sink. Shower was very nice with hot water. We slept well in this bed and enjoyed a nice breakfast in the morning. Great customer service. We recommend this location very highly.
