My teen daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. From the friendly hotel staff and attentive service to the daily breakfast, it was of high value for the cost. We had never been to Paris before, and the front desk team was always helpful with directions as well as restaurant suggestions. Further, the hotel is in walking distance to many of the must-see sights as well as bus/train lines. Couldn't have asked for a better location.

A fun location

We were there for several days.we have family in the neighborhood and they suggested this hotel.The room is designed for comfort.The location is perfect .There is an elevator.Breakfast was included,but it’s every man for himself

Very disappointed in the fact that my shower drain was incredibly slow and also water leaked onto the bathroom floor as well from the seal of the shower. Disgusting! I told the front desk person on Sunday Oct. 30, 2022. He marked it down for the cleaning staff, but never asked about moving me to another room. Monday Oct. 31, 2022 I checked out and informed the front desk again that I would have to leave a review and the On-Duty manager overheard me and asked what the problem was, so I told her and the front desk person. They informed me that nothing had been said to them by the night front desk person, but yet I just passed a cleaning lady and she asked me if it was my shower that needed to be fixed. They didn’t have the common sense or courtesy to apologize and try to rectify my situation. They charged full price of the room even though I had a shower that didn’t drain and I had to stand in my own dirty water. Incredible lack of human decency. Mistakes happen resolution defines good and bad

We booked a superior room, Hotel.com booked a comfort room with the hotel by mistake. The hotel was full so we had no choice to stay in the comfort room. After 5 nights the lighting failed in the comfort room and we were miraculously transferred to a superior room. Not impressed with hotel.com or the hotel at handling this.Added to rhis we were charged in full and offered no refund to the value of the comfort toom by either the hotel or hotel.com, each blaming the other for the mistake. Very poor all round.
