Own experience

Good location, room is clean, staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast are acceptable. However, there is a renovation work beside it ( former Grand Silverland hotel ), who people are doing the dismantle and loading work in the middle of the night till 2am. The noise is causing the people staying in can't have a good rest. I sincerely hope that the hotel management can do something about it . Thank you.

The staff are great but the management is very bad. We booked for stayed 10 days but on the 7 days they are cancel our booking without notice and put the price up. I did talk to the manager and they offered us to look for another hotels somewhere with may have a cheaper room. I never see any rules like this anywhere in the world . We end up moving out another hotel with cost us a lots more with taxis and short notice booking charges this is make our lives upside down,we are on vacation and donโ€™t need something like this I hoping any traveling out there before you booking staying at Sunrise central h c m city think twice . I recommend this is the worst management and I will never come back to stay at this hotel again Sunrises central Ho Chi Minh City.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent with lots of options and very good coffee. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was also centrally located and close enough to popular tourist destinations to make walking a positive experience.

Small room, bed was not comfortable for me, probably ok for others. TV was poor standard. Had a large ghost Color through it line the picture tube was about to go. Hot water took a long time to get hot. The staff were excellent. Very helpful anyway they could.
