The staff we had interaction with were very friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded at the property, not sure why. The rooms have no air conditioning which could be an issue with the weather recently and one of our towels had a stain. We had to park 2 streets over as it is very limited at the hotel.

We had a nights stay in the grand suite or the fancy room as the receptionist put. The room was lovely and spacious with a large bathroom with a free standing bath. A comfy four poster bed lovely which aided a good night sleep. Staff were friendly and very accomodating.

Clean and tidy however bathroom could do with an update sink was broken and repaired.The room was very humid . Window opening very slight on a lock. Couldn't open further.
