Hotel excelente e confortável; cumpre tudo o que promete. Entretanto, a equipe do hotel age de má-fé ao colocar garrafas de água no frigobar do quarto, pois se você consumir, terá que pagar depois, e eles não avisam previamente que as tais garrafas não são de cortesia, como a maioria pensa.

They didn't speak English if you're American. So hopefully you speak Portuguese. I do so it wasn't a problem. Just remember in Brazil they use their key card to turn the power on to the room as you come into the door on the wall. You stick the key in the slot then the power turns on. For Americans this is different. Just don't forget your key when you leave.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Vagas de estacionamento. Elevador. Quarto cheiroso, limpo, cama confortável e ar condicionado gelando uma belezinha. Café da manhã super completo. Um show de sabor e organização. Sem falar que todos os dias no final da tarde tem um café com bolo e torradas de cortesia. Isso facilita para quem chega cansado no hotel com vontade de um café. Funcionários super educados. Emily da recepção muito simpática. Parabéns para toda equipe do hotel. Essa foi a nossa segunda vez no hotel. Gostamos tanto que voltamos e sempre que precisar ir para o Espírito Santo esse é o meu preferido.
