This was our second stay here, chosen for a return visit mainly because of the excellent location close to Gare du Nord. Also because it’s a lovely hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful, great view of Sacré-Cœur, and the breakfast is fantastic. Our only issue was tiny bathroom; anyone larger/taller than average might struggle to manoeuvre themselves in! But to be fair we didn’t let reception know our thoughts on this until we were checking out and if we’d mentioned it at the start of our stay the lovely team would have moved us if they could have. Really recommend for location, staff and breakfast :-)

The hotel was close to gard de nord and easy to local. Friendly staff who appreciated you speaking French but will also be able to help you in English when needed. Rooms were clean. Note the elevator is small, but that’s all elevators in Pairs. So if you are travelling with a giant checked bag, put the bag in the elevator and just take the stairs next to it.

Hotel Léna is a charm in the middle of the busy streets in the area. It is chic, beautiful and close to restaurants and most importantly to the Gare du Nord (3 minutes walking!). The staff was helpful and the room is very luxurious (we stayed at a very small room but it was still very nice).

Really perfect for what we were looking for. A short walk from both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, so it's very easy to get anywhere in the city quickly. The stay was ok, and the staff was very friendly and nice, where the hotel needs to improve is in keeping their facilities well maintained, we noticed mold on the ceiling and some wear and tear. The breakfast was good, we just recommend that the owners invest in keeping the property in good condition.

Hotel Lena was a great option in a good location...centrally located and an easy walk to the train stations. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was cozy. A bit noisy, but the windows were good at soundproofing and muted most of the traffic. The only real concern is that I could see mold trying to come through the paint on the walls of my room. I kept the windows open to air the room as much as possible and didn't notice any issues otherwise.
