The hotel generally is good. Yet their room has central temperature control that I cannot set the room temperature. They made the room extremely hot that we couldn’t even sleep and needed to open windows to cool down the room. Very eco-unfriendly.

Oteli beğendim ancak eski bir otelci olarak dikkatimi çeken hususlar oldu. Öncelikle oteldeyken personel iletişimi iyiydi ve misafirperverdiler. Ancak ilk izlenim olarak otele gelmeden taleplerimi Hotels.com üzerinden tek bir mesajda iletmeme rağmen sorularıma tam 3 mesajda ancak ısrar ederek cevap alabildim. Bu talepleri alan personelin ilgisizliği otel puanlarını net düşürür. Artı odanın DND'si çalışmıyordu dışarıdan. DND kartı takabilir misiniz dediğimde ise öyle bir kartın olmadığını bildirdiler. Kapıların da ayrıca zincir mekanizması yok ve bu hoş bir durum değil. Bir kadeh şarap siparişi verdik. Personel elinde getirdi ve tepsi yoktu. Odada bazı tavan spotları çalışmıyordu. TV kumandası pili zayıftı. Bazı abajürler kirliydi. F&B ve H/K'daki çalışanlar ilgili, kibardı ve hepsine tam puan, teşekkürler. F/O'daki bayan da işinde iyi ancak biraz daha tebessüm iyi olabilir :) Sevgiler.

Heerlijk hotel om te genieten en ontspannen

zeer vriendelijk personeel, heerlijke maaltijden en uitgebreid ontbijt, ruime mooie kamer, algemeen heel comfortabel. Nadeel: de matras had haar beste tijd gehad, maar was nog acceptabel. Nadeel: niet alle personeel spreekt even goed Engels wat ondanks de vriendelijkheid de communicatie bemoeilijkte. Ontbijt start normaliter pas om 8u30, maar wij moesten soms om 8u15 al vertrekken en dit gaf wat moeilijkheden.
