The Bad: When staying at a luxury hotel, one expects the basics to be taken care of. When things miss the mark they stand out that much more. The bathroom sink had a noticeable amount of black mold growing in it. The thermostat buttons were worn which made it difficult to use (seems small but when you're tired from travel the last thing one wants to do is fumble with the air conditioning controls). No outlet/USB phone charging near the bed was also frustrating. The Good: The views from the restaurant terrace are spectacular. With the hotel being tucked away via a driveway between building facades makes for a unique setting.

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff. Always smiling and ready to help in any question(s) we had. In a very central location with easy access to everything in Lisboa. Room with view over town. Fine restaurant - and felt like being cared for and taken serious in everything. Definitely a place we will come back to. One suggestion: They should have a stack of free city maps under the reception counter instead of referring to their sister hotel.
