距離弘大商圈比想像中的近，斜對面就有GS25，附近也都有餐廳，地點算方便。 房間隔音不好，可能是住低樓層(6樓)，晚上還是可以聽到對街健身房在放的音樂，其他房客在走廊的講話聲也是蠻清楚的，怕吵的人需要戴耳塞。 浴室蓮蓬頭水壓偏小。 門口是感應式的燈，使用全身鏡時燈光不足，會需要跨個兩步去感應燈讓他亮。也有凌晨的時候自己亮，可能是外面有人經過也感應到?! 有附早餐，選擇不算多，每天幾乎一樣，沒什麼變化。 房間空間蠻大的，兩個行李箱攤開也都不會難以行走。
