the location of the hotel is good which is inside the airport. they have two blocks. one is right inside the airport and the other block is next to the main building but already left out of the security check gate. i strongly requested need a room inside the main block. but the staff ignore me just keep force me to the outside block building. And i heard that the main block still have rooms from their other staff. Some of the staff is very poor service. besides, they will suddenly call you at 11:30pm to remind you need to check out at next day 12noon. crazy service.

Not as per my expectation

The Staff is friendly but communication is terrible. We have been told there is luggage lock room but it wasn’t, we had to keep our luggages somewhere else in the airport paying more money. Also hourly payment was the same price for whole day stay and they said complimentary foot spa is not available 'cas we already included the discount in price!!! The last but not the least, every time you go out of hotel we were waiting on the airport rentrance till someone come and confirm that we are the hotel guests.

Nice convenient option. Free breakfast. I arrived from Paris with a domestic flight the next day, so although the check in was pretty easy, i did have to walk to the next building with my suitcases ,not a problem but a little of nuisance with 2 suitcases and imagine if it's raining. Staff was very friendly, and thanks to Guddoo Kumar for walking me and my suitcases to the domestic departure the next morning

This is a beautiful and incredibly convenient hotel for stop overs. Very helpful staff. Various massages and treatments available. The only down side was it said it was a spa hotel but only provided treatments not amenities. Breakfast was serviced by Shreyas and made sure we had everything we needed.

This hotel is well located so for anyone flying into Mumbai airport this is a convenient stay. The room did not have a wardrobe so we had to live out of our suitcase, I was not impressed by the mirror splashes left (presumably other people’s toothpaste) there was a fair amount of noise (loud banging/running around/shouting and children screaming) that despite our calls to reception at 2am and 3:15am were not resolved. We also had issues with the air conditioning that only came out of one side of the room. There was also a clear lack of understanding by the reception staff when I mentioned our issues, with the only option given was to move rooms….. which at 3:15am after a long days travelling was the last thing we needed!

Great staying with good bed and shower. The hotel is convenient for travelers because is located inside the airport terminal 2. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Super: shower power Good: breakfast buffet, small but good. Terrible: Windowless room, not as pictured on the advt of hotel. Bath towels clean with layers of brown fluff (probably lint from dryer but when it flounced down in a large cloudy clump I thought I was being attacked by a bat), area around potty and shower floor not at all clean. Staff: fluctuated between clueless and friendly, patchy english, seeked exhausted and over worked. Bad service is a sign of management issues, and bad training - so I don't want to blame the messenger! Summary: efficient and doable for transit.

Very functional place to stay. Clean. Only downside is the noise levels due to many varying flight departures and associated with that people coming and going in the middle of the night. Staff is great, breakfast is good. Good place to stay if you are heading out early
