Very disappointed with this hotel. The structure is a bit old, the basement room is terrible. Breakfast is monotonous and basic, it is recommended to vary. The breakfast room is freezing due to the low temperatures of the air conditioner.

This hotel had potential. Bedroom was spacious and appeared to had been recently renovated. But I was placed on the second floor facing street, and it was SO NOISY. I could hear what people were chatting on the street. Metal carts retrieving linen in the morning was so loud. Breakfast was good. It had a good spread with fruits and pastries. I am familiar with Brazilian food and the language, but there was no sign in English explaining what the pastries were. I know some had ham or chicken, for example. But a vegetarian wouldn't know. I asked one of the attendants one day and even he didn't know what it was. I also had issue getting the shower at the right temp. Again, there was no indication which side was hot or cold. It seems the hotel is not really geared toward foreigners, and the experience may be better if at higher floor.

Como estava com minha sobrinha, pedi um quarto com duas camas, mas paguei a mesma categoria do que tive nas vezes passadas. O quarto era diminuto, com camas estreitas, e o pior: das outras vezes, sozinha, tive banheiro com duas pias. Desta vez, em duas pessoas, apenas uma pia, num box pequeno e, pior, um chuveiro com jatos fracos, indo cada jato para direção diferente. Banho difícil, lavar cabelo, impossível. Um cobertor num quarto para duas pessoas... Muito decepcionante.
