Slow customer service assistance but good. They have free wifi but doesn't work all the time 😒 specially in the room. The bathroom needs more attention to details. They are well located near to restaurants, clubs, and the center. You can walk 🚶‍♀️ secure all around.

Bien, pero ya es un hotel un poco viejo, esta bien ubicado, cerca del centro, pero si esta un poco olvidado en cuanto a sus instalaciones en general. Podrian renovarlo un poco, sobre todo en cuanto a las habitaciones.

las amenidades que dejan en la habitación siempre se les olvidaba algo, el baño tuvo detalles con el retrete por fuga de agua y desafortunadamente unas cucarachas, ya me había hospedado antes ahí x eso decidí regresar pero creo que la opinión sería buscar otro lugar en otra ocasión
