They have system issues and it absolutely ruined my stay. I was missed charged and when they tried to credit my account they added more charges. They told me they have a new system and it’s not working correctly. I tried to get the issue resolved during my stay but they never corrected the over charges. Since then I’ve called and left message to get the issue resolved, they never answer or have called me back! I am now stuck with trying to work it out with the credit card company. Very poor customer service!
