Staff on reception were inattentive. Hotel room was dirty, food was cold and not labelled. Drinks were served in cheap plastic cups throughout the hotel and cocktails were an extra expense. We stayed 1 night out of our planned 7 and left. Booked another hotel and so glad we did. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, do not be tempted by the cheap price as we were.

They give bracelets and towel cards only after check-in at 14-00. If you arrive earlier, no way to have some rest before 14-00 PM. Food is standard, nothing special. Chicken, potatoes etc.

Unfriendly staff, place felt like it wasn't even in business all the lights are off in hallways probably for them to save money instead of doing it for energy purposes. There was an upcharge for basically everything even wifi, this is not "all inclusive" so do not go for the extra charge for all inclusive. Surrounding area dirty and not safe feeling along with the property itself.

Family friendly hotel

We arrived early in the morning after being picked up by the driver from Elefti transfer company. The reception staff was very friendly. They charged us 50 dollars for an early check-in, took our luggage up to the room with a sea view. Air conditioner was perfect. All meals were freshly made, fair choice of options, self service meals all day long from the different restaurants, canteens and cafe on the beach. Water slides for the children, large swimming pool right in front of the hotel, entertainment at night. 10 min walk to the beach, plenty of sun lounges, unlimited free drinks. Water sports activities (pay extra). The only thing was not very pleasant - the noise outside, loud music from 10am til midnight with a few short breaks.

All inclusive was not all inclusive in my opinion. We got charged for Wifi, charged for safe-deposit box, charged for ice-cream, charged for baby stroller. Towels only get changed every 2 days and bedsheets only 2x a WEEK. No laundry service available at all. Only good thing is that the main restaurant food was decent and good variety (except for breakfast. This was the same each morning). Enjoyed the grilled food. Staff in main restaurant were really kind and polite. Beach was also good. Overall Senza the inn resort is only 3*.

The hotel itself was ok rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. But they didnt change the sheets or towels. The food we didn't like, it was mostly the same and very cold and tastless. Some staff were friendly and some were rude. There were only 2 uk family at this hotel, rest was russian or german. So the entertainment was not in english. It was also difficult communicating with some staff members. The beach was dirty but the sea was clear blue. Enjoyed the spa. Wouldnt say its 5* more like 3*. Location was excellent though. Would go back but not this hotel.

Dirtiest hotel I have been to. The housekeeper only mops the floor and make the bed. The bathroom was not cleaned in 4 days until i made a complaint to the higher responsible person!! We got all salmonella and my 1 year old daughter got really sick! The service is really low when we arrived the staff didnt even look at us at the reception we didnt feel welcome at all! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! . You even have to pay for wifi!!!!!

Gefühlt hat das Hotel mit 5 Sternen wenig zu tun. Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber und die Klimaanlage funktioniert, aber vieles andere passt nicht zum Anspruch. WLAN kostet extra, was in einem All-Inclusive-Hotel absolut unangebracht ist. Auch beim All-Inclusive-Angebot fehlt einiges – z. B. Eis, was für mich selbstverständlich dazu gehört. Die Musik läuft bis Mitternacht und ist sehr laut, die Fenster bieten kaum Schallschutz. Das Handtuchsystem für den Strand ist kompliziert und schlecht organisiert: Abholung nur im Spa, Rückgabe bis 20 Uhr und neue Ausgabe erst am nächsten Morgen – und beim Check-in erfährt man davon nichts. Der Essensbereich ist ständig überfüllt, geschmacklich maximal durchschnittlich. Statt Masse wäre hier mehr Qualität sinnvoll, auch um Lebensmittelverschwendung zu vermeiden. Der Shuttle zum Strand fährt nur alle 30 Minuten und nur bis 17:30 Uhr, oft überfüllt – beim Nachbarhotel fährt er durchgehend, was hier dringend nötig wäre. Am Strand gibt es zudem nur zwei Duschen, was absolut unzureichend ist. Die Preise im Hotelshop sind überzogen. Rutschen nur bis 16 Uhr, Pool nur bis 19 Uhr – das nimmt einem die Möglichkeit, abends entspannt zu schwimmen. Fazit: Für den Preis akzeptabel, aber von einem echten 5-Sterne-All-Inclusive-Hotel erwarte ich deutlich mehr. Insgesamt eher enttäuschend.

Das war bislang das schlechteste Hotel in dem wir als Familie waren. Ich weiß garnicht wo ich anfangen soll. Am ersten Tag unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einem schlafenden Kind und mehreren Koffern erst sehr spät empfangen. In unserem Zimmer angekommen tropfte das Klima und es war sehr dreckig. Du hast den Schmutz überall noch gesehen. Unser Zimmer wurde getauscht. Diesesmal funktionierte das Telefon und die Klimaanlage nicht. Es kam immer wieder jemand aber dafür mussten wir erst zur Rezeption runterlaufen und denen Bescheid geben, da unser Telefon nicht funktionierte. Am Ende wurde nichts repariert und wir hatten unseren ganzen Aufenthalt ein nicht Funktionierendes Telefon auf unserem Zimmer. Dann haben wir Rücksprache mit der Kundenbetreuung gehalten. Die kommentierte immer wieder mit oh nein das ist aber nicht schön und im Endeffekt änderte sich garnichts. An einem Tag wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Dafür mussten wir 3 mal zur Rezeption, weil es entweder trotz Aufforderung nicht geklappt hat oder nur die Hälfte gemacht wurde. Mit der Hälfte meine ich dass nur der Müll entsorgt wurde. Betten wurden nicht gemacht und wir hatten keine Handtücher. Einmal musste ich mich im Restaurant anhören, dass ich mir den Kinderstuhl für unser Kind selber holen soll. Ich als Schwangere mit einem Kind an der Hand durfte mir das von einer Servicekraft anhören. Erst nachdem ich gesagt habe, dass ich das machen würde aber ganz schlecht geht, tat er es mit einem gernervten Gesichtsausdruck
