They need to improve the food quality. Especially for international travelers. The focus was for daily local visitors and not extensive for overnight customers. Even though we stayed for 3 days & 2 nights we were told by the check-in staff we can only use the water park for only one day & breakfast was included for just the 2nd day of our stay, so strange! The lock on the door was really bad & the room did nit have any night lamp! Bathroom had some type of smell even though it was clean. The spa shower had a terrible smell. Kuriftu report can do better, it used to be a good spot but now it’s just a sad place looking for some love & care.

The room is dirty, the wall is dirty, there is no hot shower or room service, and reception does not answer the phone. I think they are focusing on the money, not the service.
