Hotel was easy to find in central Baden Baden just a few steps from Augustaplatz bus stop. Easy check-in, we were treated to a room upgrade which was a bonus. Rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was included and was very lavish for such a small place, I would definitely stay again.

the room booked is not as described, the room is in a different building, the room was clean and cosy but due to warm weather and the fan is not supportive I was not able to sleep at all, I ended up checking out early, the hotel owner has shown me a room in the main building and offered me to stay there without any charges for the last night but I already decided to check out

The best thing about this place is the location- convenient to everything in Baden-Baden. The bed was very uncomfortable and I was woken in the middle of the night to water pouring onto the floor from the air conditioner. Breakfast was mediocre, no variety but served its purprose.

Great central location. I parked on the street for free at Ludwig Wilhelm Strabe. This is free parking with no time limits and is a straight flat 10 minute walk to the hotel. If you walk through the gardens it will take a little longer but is a beautiful walk. The reception guy was very friendly as were the breakfast staff. The breakfast buffet was great. Cold meats, cheese, vegetables, fruit, cereal and bread. Also hot eggs and sausages, coffee, tea and juices. My room was suitable for my needs of a single night stay. It was very hot, the day I stayed it was about 32° and the room was hotter. The fan could do with replacing as although it worked you could not feel the benefit unless you stood right in front of it. The room had a fridge which was great as I was able to buy snacks and drinks from the supermarket, just 2 minutes away, and keep them cool in the fridge. There are bars and restaurants also within a 2 minute walk.

The hotel has multiple buildings. They list "elevator" as one of their conveniences. However, if you are not in the same building as the elevator, then you don't have an elevator. I had a similar experience with the "laundry" that they listed. I asked for it and couldn't get it. The room was interesting. The bathroom was about the same size as the rest of the space. That was unexpected. The breakfast was quite good.

AC very noisy but effective operation. Pillow very low height...no additional pillows in room. Only 2 bath towels offered... I hate asking for more even though I know I can get them. The only toiletries offered were actual packets of shampoo and shower gel nothing in the shower or elsewhere and a tiny little bar of soap so we had to buy our own toiletries from the local DM. The most important thing was cleanliness and the cleanliness was excellent. No rope no slippers and no clock. Easy access to the main roads and downtown square very convenient location but parking was a half a block away underground which was fine it was only 15 Euro per day. I don't normally stay at two star establishments but this one was probably the best in terms of cleanliness and they had AC in the location was great so overall I think very good experience.
