We were there in 'off season' so we had the place to ourselves...but the staff gave us the same attention they would for a full house. Very lovely site and the rooms (all) were spotless. The morning breakfast was over the top! Really, a fantastic facility, worth considering....

Booked on hotel.com they refuse to give me my refund they never sent me the second step to be able to get into my room and I have a newborn and a 1 year old after driving 8 to 10 hours from South Carolina would have really liked to be able to check into our hotel and not have to spend an extra $400 on another one but people had miscommunication and didn't do their jobs right and won't give us our money back

Fun florida feel Hotel!

This is a wonderful place to stay with lots of old Fl feel. I am a native and love finding places like this and it met all expectations. The only thing I would suggest is new pillows on the beds and maybe a more comfortable mattress in the Captains room as we had both Captain and Manatee rooms.

Lovely and very comfortable hotel. We felt like we were right at home. Loved the rockers on the porch and the beautiful trees and the quiet. Waking up to the smell of coffee brewing is a wonderful experience and the breakfast offering was very extensive. Enjoyed a quiet morning having coffee on the porch.
